– 4 tablespoons chili powder

– 1 teaspoon each of cumin, red pepper, salt

– 1 1/2 cups of hot salsa

– 1 cup of water

– 3 cans of beans

1. In a large soup pot, saute onion and garlic in olive oil for 4 or 5 minutes.

2. In a saucepan, add your tomatoes, cayenne pepper, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, hot salsa and water. Let stir the mixture, and then let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Add the beans in a saucepan, and then let simmer chili for a further 30 minutes. After that, it is ready to serve.
