There Is Now a Hot Glue Gun for Cheese and We All Need It

You better

If you love cheese (everyone), you might want to sit down for this public service announcement. Are you sitting? Good. Buzzfeed licensed a cheese hot glue gun. Deep breaths, okay? The appliance (which might as well have been commissioned by the cheese gods) is called the Fondoodler and it can help you make any melted cheese delicacy with ease.

Grilled cheese? It can do that. Nachos? Uh-huh. The Fondoodler works with all types of cheeses, hard and soft — although it’s most compatible with cheese sticks, since they slide right in — so you can get your melt and mix on. And oh, did we mention that it’s easy-cheesy-peasy? According to the Fondoodler website, the gadget melts down cheese in just under 3 minutes.

At $35 (it’s now on sale for $25!) a pop, it’s pretty affordable. The first batch of product is currently sold out and will ship before Christmas, but you can order from the second batch for a late December delivery.

The Internet is responding to the Fondoodler just as you would expect. Christmas might as well have come early. Especially when you think about all things this little cheese gun can do:

Forget ginger bread houses — this season, we’re making saltine and cheese houses.

Or a pretzel rod and cheddar “log” cabin.

Or you could make a casual cheese-and-cracker castle … as one does.

Instant, creamy, melty hot cheese is pretty out of this world, yes? We haven’t had a chance to try the Fondoodler yet, but we’re just as excited as you are for this cheese rocket to launch.
