SeaWorld Takes a Hit; Badger Brushes Banned—PETA Just Keeps Winning for Animals

Fall is here, and while everything from the trees to the weather is starting to change, PETA’s track record for success always stays constant. This month, SeaWorld lost another major sponsorship, nearly 20 companies dropped products of a cruel industry following a shocking PETA exposé, and after years of hearing from dedicated PETA supporters like you, the Los Angeles City Council voted on a monumental decision.

And those are just some of PETA’s highlights from October. Check out the video below to see our other top victories for animals this past month:

Help Expand On This Month’s Victories

Let’s keep the pressure on animal abusers: Using our rapid action pages, urge companies to sever ties with SeaWorld, demand that Texas A&M University shut down its dog laboratories, and ask Blick Art Material to drop badger-hair brushes immediately in favor of cruelty-free synthetic ones. Every month, we save countless animals—but that only happens because dedicated folks get loud and take action.
