Wake-Up Smoothie


  • 1/2 cup chilled strong coffee
  • 1/2 cup coffee low-fat frozen yogurt
  • 1/4 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • Pinch ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish

1. Purée all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a chilled serving glass, and garnish with additional ground cinnamon; serve.
